2009-2010 Charge Conference Reports
The forms you will need for reports this fall and winter are located in the table below. The forms are provided in Microsoft Office format (Word and Excel). They will generally open in Corel WordPerfect of Quattro and using Apple's Pages and Numbers programs. If you do not have any of these programs, please consider downloading OpenOffice or NeoOffice, two shareware programs that provide access to Office documents. The instructions sheets are provide in Portable Document Format (PDF). To open them, you will need a copy of the free Acrobat Reader, Apple's Preview, or another program that will open pdf files. If you do not have one, you can find a free download at Adobe.com.
